The service rep I spoke to was excellent, very helpful and kept me well informed. If the tyres had been flagged as amber instead of red when measured at 3mm then my rating would have been 5 stars.
Really liked that I was sent a video of my car that was personalised- a great touch.
Lovely staff and lovely showroom. The value for money for my MOT was unquestionable! However, every time I've been before I've been offered a coffee, but I wasn't at all this time. Only thing that let it down. Small things make big differences.
Waiting times for courtesy cars could be better. The simple answer is supply more courtesy cars, to cut down waiting times.
experience good except no courtesy car & had to wait for taxis. Felt like was being made to feel inferior by service guy telling me problem caused by using "supermarket screen wash".

service staff are excellent - I arrived 24hrs before my appointment but they still managed to accommodate me - unfortunately, the fault has not been fixed - 2nd visit due next week
When informed of another filter that was required on the car we asked what this was for, the telephonist didn't have a clue?
John Parkes provided a quote, liaised with myself and my insurer, collected the car from Stafford, provided a loan car and delivered the car with work completed at the date and time agreed. All very efficient.
Though it was not possible to identify the cause of juddering i was asked to record the problem and bring back the car. This suggests route-cause investigation. Impressed.

I always compare BMW with Mercedes- benz which is my other vehicle.
The technician who accompanied me on the test drive was very friendly and keen to resolve the issue.
Work complete on time and cost.
Again as regards to the above answer. My car was meant to be done on Tuesday they didn't do it until Wednesday as they thought I needed to drop it off even though it was already there and booked in.
Fault not repaired.It now has to go in once again. Another day wasted.

I was told that there was damage to my alloy of which I cannot find. I was then told not to worry it could be a mistake?
On two occasions I have been contacted by telephone to say that the vehicle was ready for collection, only to find, after checking the job list and settling the account, that the vehicle was still in a queue awaiting a wash and valet. Poor show.
My service was carried out at the Stoke franchise. I was pleased with the Stafford franchise, they replaced the oil flap cover without inconvenience me for a long period of time.
1. Appts were available very soon after I rang to make the appt. 2. The member of staff who dealt with me, Amber, at Knights was very efficient and professional.

Richard Dixon in particular was exceptional and the manager who we met with (forgot his name sorry) was also extremely accommodating.
I did ask for a quote for a dash cam however the salesperson did not come back to me. I know this was unrelated to what I came in for, however I do expect acknowledgement of my questions. I will ask again at my service next year.

Service Staff won't let you speak to a technician and hence it takes longer to get to a solution etc.

I haven't had a Service. It was a body repair through Insurance. However, the service was excellent.
Work took a little longer than I expected, but service and quality of work was excellent.
Well received by the ladies on reception and the service team carried out my wishes one hundred per cent. I was impressed from start to finish.
What more is there to say?
I delivered a car that was suffering from a lot of issues, and they were extremely patient and professional with me throughout the 2+ weeks it was in their care, constantly giving me updates and giving me many options on how to proceed.

The service I've received from BMW (Knights) has been very good. So far I've never felt like I've been let down by them and I hope this continues for many more years to come.
Was advised the DVLA website was not working so unable to print the MOT certificate there and then. I was advised this would be sent in the post, over a week later and this has still not been received.
MOT was good value, unfortunately I purchased 4 tyres through Knights, who told me they were price competitive only to find they over charged me, compared to market prices, by a minimum of £300. They do not reconnect Dashboard Cams after service.
Price was good compared to other local franchises.
Couldn't have done anything better really. As a cyclist, leaving my car for a service. It would be nice to have a safe place to leave my bike whilst i sorted the paper work out.
Staff take the time to explain all you need to know, they keep you updated and ensure you are offered refreshments.

Having been told the car was ready when we arrived it was not and we had to wait whilst tyres were collected from the supplier and then fitted. This meant abot a 2 hour wait.

I don't believe the warranties applied to the car were correctly explained to me and therefore I purchased extra's, and made a large deposit, which I could have reduced / not purchased in order to make up for the unexpected expenditure on maintenance
No issues whatsoever and I would like to personally give Ben who began the experience and one of your newer members credit for his help and support, I will be asking for him again in the future when the time comes to look into having another BMW

As highlighted above all the staff ( from receptionists to sales staff to servicing) at stoke have been great. In particular Kerry Caravan and Mark Graham at stoke have been great in their service
When I placed the order I was told I had more than a week to finalise exactly what I wanted, but 2 days later the car was in production and I couldn't change the order, so I didn't get the exact car I wanted. BMW's loss!. Delivery was ok.
As I have dealt with the garage before and found the Staff always friendly
The test drive was not as thorough as others provide and a blemish on the rear bumper on day of handover meant I had to return the vehicle for remedial work
Efficient and transparent
Quick delivery although the colour I wanted wasn't available till end of the year. They went above and beyond to get my second choice
